Sacred Earth Healing Retreat
A Weekend of Ritual, Nature, and Nervous System Renewal in Wisconsin
- August 28-30
- September 11-13
Step away from the noise of daily life and return to a slower, more natural rhythm.
This intimate weekend retreat is inspired by traditional healing practices I encountered while living and working with healers in Ecuador. Through sacred ritual, time in nature, and practices that support nervous system healing, this retreat offers space to release stress, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance to your body and mind.
Over the course of the weekend, we will gather in ceremony, share nourishing meals, and spend time outdoors in the beauty of Wisconsin’s natural landscape. With a small group of just 5–6 participants, the retreat is designed to be deeply personal, supportive, and restorative.

Katie was incredibly hospitable, patient, attentive and kind. Im not sure I knew what “holding space” really looked like before her example. I am grateful for my time with her. Her expertise added value to my life. Her patience and complete lack of judgement was like nothing I had experienced in a very long time. I was not sure what to expect from a plant medicine retreat, but I am glad I participated and I hope to participate again one day, when the need comes. For now, I have a clearer path. Thank you Katie. Your work is important.

"Wow. Year after year I come back to work with Katie and Miguel for their sacred plant medicine retreats and ceremonies. Everytime I feel so taken care of, protected, and nurtured in their healing space. If you are considering experimenting with sacred plant medicines, feeling a deep sense of trust and guidance with your shamans, their traditions, and medicine is the foundation for the soul expanding connections and insights you will receive from a ceremony with Allpa Mama Healing. Thank you for sharing your gifts with the world-- for holding healing space with respect, reverence, unity and unconditional Love."Â
Emma
"Miguel and Katie are literal angels, so welcoming, generous and compassionate. All ceremonies were profoundly healing in their own respects, at times very challenging, but very enlightening as well. I felt as though I entrusted Katie and Miguel with my life, only knowing them for a day or two and felt completely seen, safe and cared for. They were both available to talk after ceremonies, as I believe talking about the experience is very important for integration, and they were very open and understanding."

Your Facilitator
Katie has spent the past 6.5 years living in Ecuador, where she has studied alongside traditional healers and supported plant medicine ceremonies and retreats. Through this work she developed a deep connection to traditional cleansing rituals, prayer, and nature-based healing practices. She now shares these teachings through retreats and ceremonies that help people reconnect with themselves and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat may be a good fit for you if:
• You feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck in a constant state of busyness and want to reset your nervous system
• You feel called to reconnect with nature and slow down from the pace of daily life
• You are curious about traditional healing practices such as cleansing rituals, plant baths, and ceremony
• You want space to reflect, release emotional tension, and gain clarity in your life
• You value meaningful experiences in small, supportive groups rather than large retreats
• You are open to exploring practices that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit
Â
What You’ll Leave With
By the end of the retreat, many participants leave feeling:
• A calmer, more balanced nervous system and a deeper sense of relaxation in the body
• Practical tools to regulate stress and support emotional well-being in everyday life
• A deeper connection with nature and the healing power of slowing down
• A renewed sense of clarity, intention, and direction
• Experience with traditional cleansing rituals such as limpias, plant baths, and ceremonial practices
• A sense of grounding, connection, and support from sharing the experience with others
