🌿San Pedro

San Pedro, also known as Huachuma or Aguacolla, is often seen as a grandfatherly spirit. The name San Pedro was given by the Spanish after the Apostle Peter, because he holds the keys to the kingdom of heaven. This plant has been used for thousands of years in the Andes for healing, vision, and spiritual awakening. He opens the heart, quiets the mind, and connects you deeply to nature, your soul, and the divine. He opens our energy channels so that we can see our life in a different way, and positive spirits and energies can come in to work and heal physical, mental and spiritual health imbalances and illnesses.

San Pedro gently guides you to release emotional blocks, see with clarity, and remember your true essence. This sacred plant spirit works on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — gently cleansing heavy energies, opening the heart, releasing old wounds, and restoring harmony to the soul. Ayahuasca is a sacred Amazonian medicine known as the vine of the soul, revered for her ability to heal, awaken, and reconnect us to our true essence.
This powerful plant spirit works on every level — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — cleansing heavy energies, releasing trauma, and restoring harmony to the heart.

At Allpa Mama Healing, Ayahuasca is offered within traditional frameworks of prayer, icaros (healing songs), and plant allies, creating a space for deep transformation and integration.

🌿Wilka

Wilka (also spelled Huilka or Vilca) is a sacred Andean plant medicine derived from the seeds and ashes of a tree native to the highlands. Traditionally administered as a powder snuff, she carries powerful visionary potential, often offering geometric visions, deep clarity, and intense purification. Regarded as one of the most sacred power plants, in Incan times Wilka was reserved for healers and those of high spiritual lineage, believed capable of healing terminal conditions, addiction, and guiding rebirth in life’s transformations. Her spirit is often seen with a feminine, maternal presence, inviting a commitment to greater love, discipline, and integrity in all areas of life. Though the journey with Wilka can be intense and cleansing — including physical purge — its medicines illuminate what must change for us to live more fully.

The Way We Work

Our approach honors traditional Andean and Amazonian lineages while creating a grounded, safe space for personal healing. Every retreat includes limpias, plant baths, fire rituals, and integration practices to help you prepare, receive, and embody the teachings of the plants. We keep our groups small—six guests maximum—to ensure each person receives the care, attention, and energetic support they need.
