These one-on-one sessions offer grounded emotional support, nervous system regulation tools, and a compassionate space to explore what you or your child may be experiencing.
I offer gentle, practical guidance for pre-teens, teens and adults navigating sensitive life phases, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, or personal growth.
My sessions include a combination of talking, where I provide a non-judgemental space for you to share what you are moving through, I may provide advice (if desired), and I also include techniques for dealing with difficult emotions as they arise, such as breathing techniques, somatic (movement/body healing) techniques for calming the nervous system or moving and releasing emotions, rituals for letting go of a chapter or creating the life you desire, visualization and meditation techniques, journaling, and art, all geared to the interests, age, and openness of each person.
Being a plant medicine facilitator as well, I understand each person from a spiritual and energetic lens, and may include energy healing work and practices as desired, but I have also worked with individuals who were not at all spiritual, and I respect each person's beliefs and attitudes.

She works at the intersection of emotional wellness, spiritual awareness, and grounded inner work, offering sessions that help individuals reconnect with themselves, understand their patterns, and move through life with greater clarity and stability.
Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and practical. Drawing from years of experience holding space in retreats, ceremonies, and one-on-one sessions, Katie offers a supportive environment where clients can speak openly, process emotions, and explore what may feel out of alignment in their lives. Her work is rooted in a holistic understanding of humans as physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual beings.
Katie has trained and worked alongside traditional healers in Ecuador and has extensive experience supporting others through periods of change, emotional intensity, and personal transformation. Her intention is to offer a grounded and compassionate space where people can feel seen, supported and guided back to their own inner wisdom, joy, and vibrancy.
