A Unique Healing Journey Rooted in My Personal Experience with Plant Medicines

This course is unlike any other because it was born directly from my own experiences working with plant medicines over the past six years. The lessons I share have been deeply shaped by my time with the plants, the spirits, and my experience in leading plant medicine ceremonies, including San Pedro and Ayahuasca.

The structure of The Ceremony Within mirrors the flow of a plant medicine ceremony itself—an approach that makes this course truly unique. It is built around the rhythm of the ceremony and the sacred wisdom of nature.

In a typical ceremony, we begin by setting our intentions and opening the circle. We lay down the foundations, create sacred space, and invite in the friendly spirits that guide us on our journey. This opening stage is crucial, as it prepares us to enter a transformative space.

As the ceremony unfolds, we often encounter discomfort—both physical and emotional. It’s not uncommon for old wounds, shadows, or limiting beliefs to rise to the surface. We feel fear, unease, and uncertainty, just like the darker periods of a plant medicine ceremony. This is where the magic happens. These feelings, sensations, and traumas are brought to the surface so that we can fully release them.

After these feelings are brought the surface, we experience the cleansing phase, we purge—whether it’s through tears, laughter, or physical release. It’s a necessary part of the healing process, helping to clear out what no longer serves us. We might feel lighter afterward, but this process is essential for true healing. This is the cleanse.

Once the purge is complete, there is a sense of lightness and clarity. The spirit of the medicine steps in to heal us, and we connect more deeply with the earth, the plants, and the higher realms. It’s in this space that we can receive visions, guidance, and messages from our higher self or the spirits of nature. 

We close the ceremony with gratitude, celebration, and blessings, recognizing the gift of being alive, the joy of living, and then integrating this spiritual encounter into our lives.

Every week of the course follows this rhythm—starting with intention, moving through challenges and releases, and finally arriving at a place of healing, clarity, and connection.
