Limpia: Energy Cleansing

A limpia is a traditional spiritual cleansing that uses sacred tools, prayer, sound, and energy work to release heaviness, clear stagnant energy, and restore your light.

In this healing space, Katie weaves together Andean ritual, intuition, and guided prayer to offer a gentle yet powerful reset for your energy body. This is a ceremony of remembering, releasing, and reconnecting. 

Clear blockages, shift stagnant energy, rebalance your energy centers, raise your vibration and align your energy with your highest self.  These energy healing sessions remove density from your body, mind, and spirit, correcting any energy blocks holding you back. They help you feel lighter, ease physical pains, fatigue, mental health dis-ease such as depression and anxiety, and align you on your best path.

 You will need: a small(ish) candle (taper, white, preferably), a special rock or crystal, an egg (optional), and a glass of water. You can light incense, palo santo, etc. and bring agua florida or another energy cleansing perfume if you have it.

At the end of the session, you can receive a short tarot reading as well if you like.
